so what's with the name of this blog? easy: my last name (moon) + an australian friend with a habit for giving his friends nicknames = "mooner". it stuck (no, not for the reasons you're thinking!). "the full mooner" is a blog about my quest to be not only as resposible as possible with how and where i source what i eat and cook, but also to chronicle my perpetual goal of trying to be well fed ("full").
